The Property
About This Home
This three-bedroom ranch in the desirable Bonanza Village neighborhood offers a chance to add your personal touch. Set on a large, perfectly square lot at the back of the community offering over half an acre, it is minutes from I-15, I-95, Downtown Las Vegas, and the Strip. The gated property features a comfortable open floor plan, abundant natural light, and plenty of storage. The living space flows into the kitchen, which is newly outfitted with a full suite of GE appliances, while a separate dining room can also serve as a family room or additional gathering space. A large laundry room adds everyday convenience. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and a cedar-lined walk-in closet. A large central bathroom serves the other bedrooms, and a powder room is conveniently located off the kitchen. A two-car garage completes the home. Bonanza Village is a historic Westside neighborhood with a touch of Las Vegas' urban-cowboy spirit. For those who want it, the property's zoning offers the option to keep horses. The large, square lot also leaves room to explore an addition or a separate dwelling or ADU, pool & spa, basketball court, or anything you wish to build. Bring your vision and create a home with room to grow and character all its own. The best part, NO HOA. Ready to be your next home!

About the Neighborhood
Las Vegas
Las Vegas the city extends well beyond the Strip - the residential valley wraps the resort corridor with neighborhoods that have very little in common with the tourist economy a few miles south. Most homes sit twenty to thirty minutes from the Strip and an entirely different distance, culturally, from it.
Northwest, Southwest, and central submarkets each tell their own story: Summerlin's master-planned grid running west to the Red Rock escarpment, the older central neighborhoods around the historic boulevards, and the newer northwest reaches like Skye Canyon and Centennial Hills pushing toward Mt. Charleston. Pricing, age of inventory, and HOA structure vary widely by zip.
